What is SMMPE?
SMMPE is an SMM (social media marketing) panel - an online store where you order services such as followers, likes, views and comments for your social media profiles and posts.
Which platforms can I order for?
Instagram and other popular platforms. The full, current list with prices is always on the Services page.
Do you need my password?
No. We only ever need the public link of your profile or post. Never share your password with anyone - including us.
How do I add funds?
Open Add Funds, choose a payment method, pay, and enter your transaction ID. Your balance is updated as soon as the payment is verified.
How long does an order take?
When you select a service on the New Order page, its average time is shown. Speed depends on the service and the size of your order.
What is Drip-feed?
Drip-feed sends one order in several parts instead of all at once. Runs is how many parts are sent, and Interval is the gap in minutes between two parts. Total quantity = quantity x runs. Example: quantity 1000, 2 runs and an interval of 1440 minutes (24 hours) sends 1000 now and 1000 a day later - 2000 in total. Keep the interval at 60 minutes or more; shorter gaps can delay or stop delivery. Drip-feed is offered only on services that show the option on the New Order page.
A mass order - how does it work?
Mass Order lets you place many orders at once: one order per line with the service ID, the link and the quantity.
What if my followers or likes drop?
Some drops are normal with social media services. Services marked with refill can be refilled during their refill period - use the Refill button on your Orders page, or open a ticket with your order ID. Services without refill are not refilled.
Why doesn't the Refill or Cancel button work for my order?
The button asks our system to check your order. A refill is possible only when something has really dropped and the refill period is still running; a cancel is possible only while the order has not gone too far. If neither is the case, the request is declined. If you think that is wrong, open a ticket with your order ID.
What do Partial and Canceled mean?
Partial means only part of the order could be delivered: you pay just for that part, and the rest is returned to your SMMPE balance automatically. Canceled means nothing could be delivered, and the full amount is returned to your balance.
What is the difference between Reach and Impressions?
Reach is the number of different accounts that saw your post. Impressions count every time it was shown - so one person who sees it three times adds 1 to reach and 3 to impressions.
How can I check YouTube shares?
Open YouTube Studio and go to Analytics. Choose See more (advanced mode), open the More menu and pick Sharing service - you will see where your video was shared. New shares can take a few days to appear there.
Can I resell your services?
Yes. SMMPE has a full API, so you can connect your own panel or tools and resell our services automatically. The details are on the API page; for anything else, open a ticket.
